STEP 1

Community Exterior Inspection & Selling Info Packet. - Request Inspection ONE-TWO MONTHS BEFORE you anticipate putting your home up for sale, All skirting, siding, etc. must be in good condition (no holes/damaged or broken facia). Home-site must be cleaned up/re-set and all personal items removed. All landscape - please trim bushes, straighten any leaning/loose items or reset blocks, etc.

Seller - All Site Rent must be paid in full for the month, prior to closing. After Closing, Send a copy of your Bill of Sale to terminate your current lease.
